Park Operation Business Management:
Theme Park Operations includes rotating through the Special Event Planning, Employee Engagement, and Guest Enhancement Experience departments. This is position will train participants in becoming leaders, where they can rotate within Park Operations, Guest Experience, Events, Entertainment, etc. It is a fantastic opportunity for those who want to get more engaged in the Theme Park/Tourism industry and will provide invaluable and well-rounded operations and management skills.
Front Office Management:
Learn all aspects of front office operations, reservation system, guest registration process. Learn hotel and brand guest service standards. Learn how to upsell guest rooms and promoting hotel services. Advance management skills and supervisory duties.
